A scene which surprised me when i saw 2 cops covered in a sweater and in casual bikes.collecting money from street venders in Gangotri junction,BTM layout ,Bangalore.It was at night some 9 pm.So when i went around asking people.they told they come everyday or whenever they get time,Take some 20 rupess from all the street vendors and go.When asked what would happen if they refused to pay?,got a reply like this,"they will abuse and accuse you falsely and u would be targeted.
