Applied VRS request in Nov 2011 and got confirmed by July 2013
My father was suffering from some brain related problem. So he cannot behave normally in most of th time. So we have applied for voluntary retirement for my father. He was working in TNSTC for the past 32 years as a conductor without any black mark. He was in final stage of his life and he wanted to see his pension amount. So we applied the VRS in Nov-2011. Since we haven't gave any bribe, they haven't processed our request for long time and every time they said it is submitted for processing and will be completed in a week. The worst thing was, they have missed our request form and asked us fill the form again in march 2013. During our visit to the brach head k*********, there is no response and they asked us to meet the union office. After a long wait, finally my father received his pension amount by july 2013.
And there are many incidents during this process. Since our request is not fully completed, i can't disclose all. And the place which i mentioned as chennai is not correct.
