Death Certificate
My mother expired on 12.2.2011 , for the same I have applied death certificate as well as legal heir certificate at my village . My Village administrative officer asks me Rs 3500 for the same. Still I have not paid the same. Still my application is pending , what to do. Can I complaint at Pudukottai Collectorate. Please advise me.
