Delhi Traffic Police: Only a bribe will do
A couple of years ago, my car got towed away by the Nehru Place Police. I went upto them and asked how much do I have to pay. I took out the CHALLAN money and THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT !! The lady officer soon disappeared from the scene and the other policemen insisted that I pay the bribe.Finally fed up and seeing no other way out, I gave them abt Rs 300, took my car and went home.What hope is there for we who do not want to pay a bribe???
