Yesterday 20-5-2014, traffic policemen at NH2 highway stopped me when i was driven my car from Noida to Delhi Laxmi Nagar, I have put my cell phone on the dashboard after setting the Map in order to know the way from Noida to Delhi, Traffic policemen stopped me and then asked me for challan against the violation of traffic rule of using cell phone during driving however i have fix my cellphone in front of speedometer in front of speedometer, then i a said i am not using cellphone for call you can see i am using the map and it is fixed in Dashboard I am not using it manually, after a long debate he asked me to pay 300 Rs or get challan of RS 1000, I said it is not a violation of rule so I would not pay anything, thereafter he asked me to pay 200 and then I asked him to challan me but mentioned that I have fixed my cell phone in front of speedometer in order to know the way and I am not using mobile for call or listening music then he asked me for 100 RS, then I said I do not pay you anything if you want to challan me then go ahead and then I said I have never violated any rule I would not pay you anything and said my paternal uncle is in Crime Branch then he asked me to go and do not use phone while driving however I was using google map in cellphone only.
