Death Certificate
My friend passed away in Navi Mumbai and hospital issued a cause of death certificate which is having name of Navi Mumbai munciple corporation.
My friend's body was buried in Bangalore, his native place, now Bangalore muncipality is not issueing DC and asking his family members to get it from Navi Mumbai. What are the rules in getting DC or they are informaly asking for bribe?
