Getting smart card
I bought a new scooter in june and my smart card(or the RC book) was delivered to some wrong person .When i contacted my showroom they gave a RTO guy number , i contacted him and he told me that i have to pay Rs 200 to get a new smart card.It was the mistake of postal and government's, why should i bribe to get a new smart card?
