"This is A******* I own a Comeercial vehicle which got bounded and ceased by delhi police at Kapashera police station after the court hearing I paid the penalty and got the release note then I went to Kapashera Police Station with the release note and payment reciept of penalty and Maal Khaan incharge asking a bribe of Rs 1000/- to release the vehicle I m visiting there from last 3 days no outcome please suggest I have a video craeted from my mobile in which he is asking the bribe from me. please help and suggest"
