Hi, I went directly by booking my test slot online to give my driving test at nagole test centre in hyderabad and paid a test fees of 600 rupees at e-********** near my house .I was asked to show my vehicl

It is your right not to go to an agent to get your work done. If you are approached by an agent, refuse to pay a bribe and get work done directly. Please also complain against agents and middlemen who operate in government offices. Please also read the cases of 'I didn''t pay a bribe'. Many people have been able to get their work done in the RTOs offices without paying bribes because they have been vigilant and assertive.



Go to the RTOs office with their own Citizens charter, which you can download from their website. This document contains specific commitments to complete tasks within a specified period of time. The document also specifies the standard procedure of acquiring a license. Let us see how many officials will disregard their own departments citizens charter!

Hi, I went directly by booking my test slot online to give my driving test at nagole test centre in hyderabad and paid a test fees of 600 rupees at e-seva near my house .I was asked to show my vehicles rc,pollution and insurance papers but no one asked some people who paid 2000 rupees to broker and came there for test.These brokers are available in a xerox shop just beside the test center.I doubt these brokers and officials in the test center share the paid amount by people who want there job done,but want to confirm it with prove and want legal action to be taken against them if they do so. Please let me know how to do so .
