How to get the licence of one eye blind person?

I am blind at one eye but my right eye is normal.. now how i get driving licence and what is the proceduer to get licence and which document requiered??? plz help me..

Section 9 (8) (b) of Motor Vehicles Act specifies that the applicant who is desirous of obtaining driving license has to produce a medical certificate in the form and in the manner referred to in Sub - Section (3) of Section 8. Therefore, it follows that even if you are a one-eyed, you can be issued with a driving license if you are medically certified that the disability that you are suffering from will not be a source of danger to the public. You can apply for grant of driving license as per Section 9 of Motor Vehicles Act 1988.
