I am asked to buy a form for driving license from an agent and also process form towards agent and pay him an healty amount for license. I just want to know is their any way that i can issue my licens
Ofcourse you can! You need not go through touts. Touts have their tie-ups with RTO inspectors and you end up paying a large sum of money. These agents loiter around in offices in lieu of making money out of people who want their job to be done qucikly. The process of acquiring the driving license is clearly mentioned on the website as well as in the citizen charter of the Transport Department.
If you are approached by an agent the next time, refuse to pay a bribe and get work done directly. Please also complain against agents and middlemen who operate in government offices.
