I never used to drive without helmet.
I got a chellan saying driving without helmet at 9.30PM on 2009 Dec 23.
I was at my home at that time.
It was reflected on the Bangalore traffic police website also.
I never used to drive without helmet.
Is there any way we can get the details or proof of this?
