My driving licence for two wheeler and four wheeler is from Gujarat

My driving licence for two wheeler and four wheeler is from Gujarat state which is valid till 24th July 2016.
Presently I am residing in Karnataka State.
On enquiry at RTO Hubli , Karnataka are saying I need to obtain NOC from Gujarat state to renew the driving licence at RTO Hubli , Karnataka.
Is it possible to obtain NOC from Gujarat state online.
Kindly help.
