My original driving license was made in New Delhi. It was renewed at RTO Bhopal in 2013, and is expiring in Jan 2018.
I know that an NOC is required from provious RTO (who issued or renewed it last). I also know that getting an NOC from another State is rather difficult. Getting it by going personally to that city is difficult not only because it requires time, money and trouble, but you also do not know how long it may take, etc. Option like working through an 'agent' may be incorrect, costly and with uncertain results.
I want to know how the NOC for DL may be obtained by correspondence or online.
