Your website has an annoying popup on opening every page that shows this form to submit a question. It is very frustrating to navigate and does not even disappear when Escape key is hit. One has to carefully move the mouse cursor to the top right and click on the tiny x button. Please remove this popup and instead place a banner somewhere, like in the bottom right.
