Avoid the touts
I wanted to get a duplicate license for my lost license and when I went to Jaynagar office one tout approached me and he told that in 500 he will get this done. I told him that I will get this done myself then he said it will take months. Anyway I went there and the computer opertor helped me politely with all the details and I got in in 30 mins.
