Cant help you sir... i will fine you..
The traffic police caught me with expired PUC, he said "Cant help you in any way sir, i have to do 10 challens in the next 2 hours, need to achieve my target.'
So he gave me a challan, paid that at the Traffic Station.
In my view if traffic police have a good target they will fine people instead of taking bribes.
