Don't give me license to kill
My wife told me that her father arranged for a broker who will get the learner's as well as the final driving license for her for Rs 3000 /- only. I rejected the offer and told her that we will go by normal process whatever time it takes. I don't want my wife to be confident enough to kill a pedestrian or another person while driving.
