Duplicate license, no bribe needed.
I needed a duplicate driver's license because mine had become illegible. I went to the ********** Vihar office and was told I had to get it from Sheikh Sarai (a few minutes drive) since my old license was issued by them. I went to Sheikh Sarai and after 30 minutes going from one counter to another I was told I would get my license in the post, and I did. Nobody asked me for a bribe.
