Helpful traffic police at Adugodi Traffic police station
A motor cycle hit my stationary car at the intermediate road, and the driver seemed quite hurt. While many passers by stopped to look, no one was taking the injured to the hospital. The traffic policeman came and asked me to take the driver and pillion to the hospital and gave his mobile number, in case of need. I took those guys to Manipal emergency, who took the patients in without any delay. The police was in touch with me to find out abt the patient, and once the patient was discharged, promptly let me register a complaint, which was required for claiming insurance for car repair. All this was done in three days quite seemlessly. The police acted as it should- helpful to the citizen.
