Honest process in renewal of driving license
I visited the office of the Transport department for renewal of my DL, I was amazed to find the entire process streamlined and self regulated without any demand for money at any stage. The DL was renewed within one hour of my visiting the office. However , I found people contacting several touts outside the office and getting their services which I think also reflects the mindset of the people who have lost faith in the system.
