Today I had a very pleasant and exhilarating experience during my visit to the local RTO office for gettting the Fitness Certificate for my vehicle. I did approach the office with trepidation after getting reports of necessity for bribing to get the work done. However I was elated to find out that everyone at the office was courteous and went about their duties with sincerity and efficiency. Everyone was extremely helpful and thoroughly business-like that it turned out to be a very enjoyable time and my job was successfully completed quite fast. After this experience and a sinilar experience couple of years ago when I had to get my driving licence renewed , I wonder why touts haunt these offices asking customers whether they could help in getting work done for a price.
I once again doff my head to the officers in the RTO offices and commend them for their dedication to duties
