No touts here!
I had gone to the RTA office at Attapur, Hyderabad for getting an extract of registration of my car. The first thing that struck me about the place was the complete absence of touts. The physically challenged person at the "********** I help you" counter was precise and helpful. The job was done in a day. No hint of a bribe and no unnecessary delays which encourage people to go to touts.
Most RTA offices I had been to earlier are full of touts, have no special counter to help the public with information and have no boards explaining which counter does what work. This office in Attapur was a pleasant surprise.
