Paid bribe for getting affidavit
Once i had all the necessary documents in place, they accepted my application. I thought i'd have to come back and take the RC after a month, although i was promised it'd be sent home. I was prepared to go to the RTO to collect the RC. However, just about in 3 weeks, i got a mail home with the new RC. It was a welcome surprise. Dint pay a penny bribe, although i saw a lot of pple lined up in the RTO's office talking to his all whites clad assistant. Looks like he takes a lot of bribe. Bt not the officials at the *******
