Received my DL without paying any bribe...
Hi Folks,
Today I went for Jayanagar RTO office to give Permanent Driving License test. The officers present over there were professionals and didn't even ask a penny from anybody in order to pass them in the test. Instead if a person is eligible they were passing him and if a person is unfit they were recommending for the next time.
