RTO Bangalore South was efficient and didn't ask for a bribe
I was there in July for getting a new Drivers Licence card and a international permit. Everything went as per schedule and NO ONE asked me for a bribe. I guess sometimes the public is guilty of going with a bribe mentality and doesn't hesitate to bribe even before getting the work done. They feel this will hasten the process. My advice, plan your work in advance, read up on the time lines associated with the processing and if the work doesn't go on time, read up the rules on grievance redressal and make a case. Nothing comes easy, stand up and make a fight dont ********** up and blame the system, that you helped create and are a part of !
