Very Good experience @ Rajajinagar RTO, courtesy: **********
I had been to Rajajinagar RTO to collect my smartcard. I was asked at the counter to ********** ********** who sits at audit section.
I was pleasantly surprised by her commitment towards work. I had to deal with redtapism at 3 counters asking me to come tomorrow. But everytime she helped me to get the required information from them and located my smartcard.
She also tried to find out why the card was not sent to me despite approvals only to find out that I had not entered my ADDRESS ON THE ENVELOPE while submitting the form.
It took about 2 hours for her to get my card and the reason for not sending the card. I could clearly see that she was not keeping well and also had exceeded her working hours. But she went out of her way to serve a customer.
Kudos to you **********. May your tribe increase.
