I needed get my passport verified in order to get my J1 visa waiver from United States. After collecting the relevant forms from Indian Consulate Chicago, I mailed them to the Passport Office, Jaipur, Rajasthan to get a letter.
Even after waiting for an year, I did not have any clue about my certificate. Since I was running out of time, I asked a friend to help with this matter. He paid 8000 to an official and my letter was faxed immediately to the Chicago Consulate.
I wish I got honest service from the employees.
