Bribe for my PCC

Hi,
I was in need of PCC for Spain. I applied for PCC and they said that my police verification is not available with them however I remember police verification was done and then only I got my passport.

They asked me to come back after one week and check. I went on 21st April 2008 to check . They simply asked me to pay for sweets and as I was in urgent need of PCC, I had to pay 1500 to get my work done.

I paid for document which Passport office people hand over to me and that was my right but Alas.....I had to pay that money else I would never reach *******
