I have been stopped by traffic police 8 times since year 2005. out of which i voilated traffic rules only once (the first time when i was caught). in all other situations i didnt make any mistake. everytime i drive my bike i use halmet, and carry Driving licence, PUC card, and attested copies of bike's documents (not the original one). my parents dont allow me to carry original docs, because of fear that if they get lost, or if bike is theft, there will problems in filing FIR.
so everytime i was caught, i found to be guilty of not carrying original documents of bike.
today i want to ask a question, is there any problem to issue a card like driving licence by RTO, if a person has shown all documents to the concerned officer once.
