My friend and me were in a bike, near majestic traffic police caught us for zigzag riding. He asked for insurance which i didnt have for my bike, He told he will fine 2000/- rs as fine. he asked me to pay 500 instead. we negotiated and paied him 300. I had seen him many times in the same circle controlling the traffic
