Hi,
I am a ashamed of doing this and had no choice at the time. I paid for my father-in-laws death certificate. Either I paid for it or had to wait for may be months together. I also had to behave like he/she was doing me a favour. I just cant comprehend this system no humanity what so ever. A system where even the dead are not barred from subornment.
