The officer incharge asked me to wait for hours and for my luck the staff of the hospital in which my father scumbed had come along with me for some work he knew the officer well so he insistet to part with the bribe else have to run around for days to get the certificate and I got it with in 1/2 hour after parting him with the money. This is how it works in any municipal offices
