I was driving without helmet. the traffic constable warned me first and he asked me for a bribe. i said i have no money he said it is pongal time so he begged me to give atleast a meagre amount. i repeated again that i have no money. he asked me to show my wallet to him and he saw that i had some 40 rupees in my purse. he just took away all those money. this is something which can be compared to burglary.
