Approched sanitary inspector office for death certificate for issuing filling form he made me waited for 3 days. After filling and submitting he came for verification after a week and on perusing further he asked for 500/- for 5 copies. Even in this e-commerce age there is no fool proof system in application for any certificates in muncipal offices under Andhra pradesh Govt.
