I was driving late night towards my home from job and i was not carrying my purse .i cought in nakabandi at mulund , i explain all abt i forgot my wallet at home,they took me to the police station in mulund nr. to paanch rasta .i explain all the sitution to 3 star and he abuses and took my key and passport with him and ask me to get all require document as i was not having cash so i walked towards my home and bought all the documents,there was a constable mr. Pawar i showed all the papers.and showed me a fine list which he was having according to him if all require paper not carried than fine would be more than 3000,than he asked me how much you bought i said i m having only 280 rs only and he ask me to pay 250 rs and said as u r in bad condition i m taking very less fine and gave reciept of 100 rs only
