In mumbai, traffic police are scamsters..... they catch individuals at signals.... they take their licence ..... when the individual asked for a receipt form the cop .... they say that the dont have a receipt book.... u get your licence collected from nearest police station in two days..... the person how licences is taken thinks if he wants to waste time going to the police station, and is indirectly forced to asked the police man for returning the licence....... then the police man ask for 300-500 Rs. to give the licence back...... the person is left with no choice, but to pay........ so guys Traffic police is scamming general public in this way and collecting bribe...... I hope this reaches the right authorities and some strict action is taken against these police men who are doing this....thanks
