I was at kandivali subway near big bazaar building, where i wanted to take turn towards highway but was in middle lane. A home-guard was controlling the traffic and as i shifted lane he cornered me and took my driver's license and continued doing what he was doing and kept me waiting. After half an hour a traffic police came and took my license from him. He said it would cost me 500 bucks. I urged him to take 200 and let me go. And he took it and put it in his pocket, and released my license.
