On that day i was transferring materials from one location to another in Nigerian Ports Authority Port Harcourt Nigeria with a hired truck. We where stopped by the police on route and they asked for the paper work. I showed all the waybill sign and authorized by my head office including my company ID card. They asked the driver for his driving license with had expired. They wanted to confiscate the truck and my materials unless i pay some money. i told them the materials are mine. they refused and they asked for 50,000 naira. so at the end I had to pay 10,000naira and we where left.
