This was for sale deed registration from the builder to my name. The builder's (one of the top one's of Bangalore) legal team sends you a mail where the bribe amount is mentioned as 'Miscellaneous' and you are advised to bring it in cash on the day of registry.
A legal firm has been entrusted with the job. They take the cash and keep it in the shelf behind the concerned person. It is all very methodical and hassle free. I believe most of the 800+ owners of apartments in that complex have paid this 'Miscellaneous' fee.
