I was going to the mumbai international aiport and the traffic cops. The bus dropped me in andheri and then I looked for a rickshaw. The auto guy who finally decided to take me to the arrivals terminal for a higher than usual price of 150 kept complaining that the cops are stopping the guys and taking money from them for not going from the backside, which is an unkept road apparently.

We went the and indeed the cops stopped us, the guy reluctantly handed 50 rs to a mamu. From what I could tell there was no sign what so ever stopping autos from going to the arrival terminal, this was just plain dadagiri and jhol to get money from those who don't want to get into trouble of any kind and are too meek to complain.
