Rs.200 bribe to get NOC for a bike

One of my colleague was in need of a clearance from Traffic police to get NOC for his bike from the RTO. He went to the Traffic Police station, Edapally, Kochi. Twice they asked him to come on the ‘next day’. On the third day, a police constable approached him and asked him to pay Rs.200 as bribe. The distribution is Rs.50 for the writer, 50 for the guy who check the computer records, 50 for another constable and 50 for the inspector !!
Finally he paid it and got the certificate immediately !!
