He caught me talking on the phone while driving, and tried to get a large amount as a bribe since my car was a non-maharashtra registration car. He started saying that I am not allowed to drive in Maharashtra without changing the registrations. I explained to him what exactly the law is, and that I am allowed to drive within maharashtra in a non-MH registered car for 6 months. Paid him 200 bucks and finished it off. ********** **********
