I had filed a police complaint for defamation (libel) against the office bearers of one society in our complex for publishing material showing me in bad character & light. There was conclusive written material showing defamation fulfilling all conditions of sec 499 of IPC but this officer Mr. Sanjay Lad overlooked such compelling evidence and did not even register a complaint. There after I filed private complaint with the ACMM Borivali, 67th court and the court postponed issuance of process by directing Dindoshi Police station to investigate u/s 202.
The investigating officer Mr. Sanjay Lad again overlooked compelling evidence and submitted a mis-representative report to the Magistrate. Needless to state that
The underlying issue is Mr. Sanjay Lad as well as other officers from Dindoshi Police is working for the builder HDIL (formely Dheeraj) who has committed several violations and has installed the managing committees in these societies. The violations of the builder are conclusive and without defense punishable u/s 13 of MOFA. The managing committees of these societies are protecting HDIL, the builder, by compromising the interest of the flat owners.
Because I and my family have voiced these, the managing committee of these societies in the complex are harassing us day in and out and therefore i filed complaint.
Needless to state that the Inspector Sanjay Lad has prepared false and mis-representative reports and hiding facts. Such brazen acts are definitely not done with 'Pure Heart' but for illegal consideration and gratification of massive proportions - considering the violations involved and the benefits accrued. My family has brought out the violations of the builder HDIL (Dheeraj), for which the State machinery is being used against us - Brazen corruption.
