Dint pay a bribe... Dint get a passport!
Its been 1 and a half years since i m waiting for my passport to be issued but of no use.i came to know that coz of the bribe that i resisted paying to the officer appointed for verifying in the local police station has written negative comments despite of verifying everything correctly infront of me and since i refused to give him his due(read bribe) i have been cornered now! m clueless how to proceed now....its already 1 and a half years since i have applied for the passport... :(
