PVR Done but till now it showing pending
I refused to pay the bribe to the verification officer for my PVR of passport.for that maybe he will delaying or don't know what he will do for that.I want to ask a question by this medium that for PVR it is mandatory rules by the ministry.??I dont know who will answer for this ? But due to this sought of bad system of passport i lost my one educational trip . My file number is CA2069825140516 .Hope for some answer.
