I have confusion regarding following matters. My wife licence which issued by Maharashtra state. Now after marriage the name, address as well state also changed. So what should I do? Other problem is also ki licence is not smart card but its old booklet somewhat damaged also ? WHAT SHOULD I DO??? CONFUSED ??
