Hello Friends,
I am staying in Hosur/Bangalore border. Upkar developed a layout consisting of almost 1000 Villas, as of now 200+ residents stay here. All of us paid 25000/- to get the poles/wires installed for individual houses. Actual cost of this is around 6k, but we all have paid 25k. Here the AE, is a lady and she is a bribe master. I dont know why these govt officials beg for money like this, just wanted to ask govt that are they not paid salaries???? How they expect us to pay money like this...we are tax payers and taking loan building a house, but people like this mend money like this. TN govt is worst, because, they need bribe, we should also follow rules, but they will take their own sweet time to install. Its almost 1.5yrs since i have paid money and still i didnt get the connection and relying on temporary current which is unstable and almost twice my home appliances are burnt due to this.
