My taxes had all been efiled and in fact there was a 70g refund due. Then I get a notice that more taxes are due and my CA goes to check up, to be told that they only got one page of my efiling (against whch they sent the demand) and after seeing all the supporting docs, all was now in order. The refund would be sent immdtly but (after some haggling) on a payment of 5000. You guys ********** say I got away cheap but it stuck in my craw to do it
Saala, they owe ME money but wont process the refund till they get paid
Have told my accountant to underpay from next time - doesnt matter if I have to pay interest!
