I was forced to a bribe of 45000 to head of the above department to claim the subsidy component of an agriculture equipment costing 1500000 from the department. Unfortunately I didnt get the subsidy, and the person get transferred and suspended for some other reason. The bribe was paid by me in person in cash to his room living in ********** chowk area of Chappra district. After that I came to know that there was similar stories from others also.
